Peyton manning error?

Sorry if this has already been asked. Please give the newb a mulligan.

I have (2) 2007 topps Peyton manning ring of honor cards. One appears to be a topps chrome or refractor and the other is not. Same picture same info on the back an sme number. However the difference is that one is clearly marked 2006 while the other is marked 2007.

Is this an error or did printing of one series take place in 06 and the other in 07?

One looks like it's from Topps & the other is most likely from Topps Chrome.

Topps was probably printed at the end of '06 & Chrome at the beginning of '07.

Both are listed in Beckett as '07. They don't list an error card for the Ring of Honor.

That's what I was thinking. It just struck me as odd for a card to be printed in 06 with Super Bowl stats from a game that happened a month later. Thanks for the input.

Could very well be a misprint. It's just not listed as one.

I hope you can find out for sure.
