The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports that new Browns head coach Rob Chudzinski "is set" to hire Norv Turner as his offensive coordinator.
Chud is actually something of a Turner disciple, having worked beneath him for two years in San Diego. It's also believed that Mel Tucker may follow the two from Jacksonville to run the Browns' defense. Turner will return from a vacation on Saturday, at which point the Browns are expected to schedule an announcement. Chudzinski will be in charge of all personnel decisions in Cleveland, so he would likely leave playcalling duties up to Turner.
