I think it should go Luck, RG3, Wilson. Reason is the Colts had almost a full rookie team or should I say 34 new players. The Colts also won 2 games and the Redskins won 5. The 'skins also didn't have that big of a turnover, as compared to the Colts.

Luke Kuechly had best year for me as a rookie glad to have him on panthers he gets my vote.

I could go with Wilson, but luck and rgIII puts their teams in the playoffs as well its a toss up as far as I aqm concerned
