redemption replacement

I had a redemption in for a rookies and stars Joe Adams Jersey auto for four months. I called yesterday and requested a replacement and to my surprise they asked me what team I follow. I told them lions and they said they would send a lions card out. I checked an hour later and they shipped a leshoure plates and patches patch auto! I was shocked! Maybe there is hope for panini after all
