I don't see any reason to change. The "PC Police" need to leave sports alone. Why isn't there a clamor for the Florida St. Seminoles to change their name? I don't think "Redskins" is derogatory toward Native Americans, and I'm Native American. The Seminoles are the only Native American tribe that haven't signed a Peace Treaty with the U.S. government, so technically, we're still at war. So, its basically OK to name a federally supported university after war criminals but not OK for the Washington Redskins?
