This guy should stay locked up. Obviously he can't grasp the situation he is in. Because he chose to drive drunk he wrecked his car and killed someone. It may have been an accident but not adhering to the court's ruling of breathalyzer tests and now being tested positive for weed AFTER the accident is ignorant and reckless. Unfortunately because he was able to make more money than most people because he played in the NFL he was able to make bail. Hopefully the court will make sure he won't be able to this time...
