how do i set up my account so that my link for my photobucket is visable all the time whenever i reply to a post?or when i start a thread?

I'm guessing you have already created your signature.
If not, then:
Hit "Account" tab at top
Select "Edit Signature" under "Settings & Options"
Type in what you want for your Sig and save.
