If what I've been watching on NFL Network is accurate, if Coach Shanahan walks off the job he gets nothing. If he's fired? He gets the rest of his pay. He definitely is working very very hard to try and get fired! My dad always said morals and respect goes a long way. I hope for the best for the Skins and Skins fans.

At this point, RGIII is not playing at full health. The Redskins are going nowhere this year. His legs are not what they were (still recovering from an injury OR possibly long term damage). If you add into the fact that the Redskins, overall, don't have much talent (partly from bad drafts, bad signings, AND from giving up picks to trade up and draft RG3), it is a good idea to shut down RG3 for the season.

I definitely understand and agree with your comment. I do think that in 2014, the Redskins personnel department will see a huge shift.
