Redskins do 4-year, $16M deal with WR Roberts

Redskins agreed to terms with WR Andre Roberts on a four-year, $16 million contract.
Roberts just turned 26 and played his college ball at nearby Citadel. He can play outside and in the slot. Roberts will slide in as the starter opposite Pierre Garcon, ending Santana Moss' run in Washington.
