Michael Vick has a home. Geno Smith just saw his dwelling upended.

And this soap opera will take place where? New York, of course.

Vick was a free agent without a home until the New York Jets gave the quarterback a chance, signing him to a one-year deal worth $5 million, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Vick officially signed with the Jets on Friday.

As a result of Vick’s signing, the Jets released former first-round draft pick Mark Sanchez after five seasons with the team.

Sweet, this means Geno has another quarterback that can teach him what not to do, just like he had with Sanchez.

This could be a good signing if Vick has his head screwed on straight.

Apparently he never has had his head screwed on straight then... haha! Of course, 10 turn overs over an entire season is pretty low, but as we can see, Vick has only ever played an entire season once.

I guess it just baffles me that people ever thought he was good. He was never healthy, he turned the ball over a ton, he only had one year above 60% completion rate, and as we can see from 2007/08 he is a crappy human being as well.
