  • New to site! How to properly store my 1st Auto Card?

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just pulled my First Autographed Football card! I only ever can afford retail but finally pulled an auto from a blaster!

Nothing great but still, its my first auto and would love to keep it in great shape. Its a 2013 Topps Strata Amendola #144/150.

Right now I have it in a penny sleeve wrapped in a little plastic wrap and put it inside a plastic food storage container. I have Top Loaders but its seem a little tight to fit nicely inside. Should I run and get it out of the plastic wrap? Does the card need to breathe?

Thanks guys! Any ideas or Info would be great!

Penny sleeve and top loader would work.

Go to a card shop and see the proprietor for a one touch magnetic case. The case will protect your card for you to enjoy for years. Ultra Pro and BCW are leaders in the industry as far as collecting supplies go. Congratulations on your first auto card!
I am easy, I collect any and all NFL cards. Individual players I really enjoy are Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Matt Ryan, Andrew Luck, RGIII, and Russell Wilson. My passion is Favre rookie cards and vintage cards.
