Steelers signed CB Cortez Allen to a five-year contract with a base value of more than $26 million.
The Steelers don't do extensions, so it's an entirely new contract. Allen, 25, was entering the final year of his rookie deal. Pittsburgh's No. 1 corner, Allen had 51 tackles and two interceptions in 14 games last year, receiving positive marks against the run and in pass coverage.
