I just broke open my 2014 Topps Football Factory Set, and noticed that Jadaveon Clowney's rookie variation card says that he was drafted 4th overall by the Bills. We all know this isn't correct, but I can't find any information online. Is this a true error card?

It's an obvious error, but I don't see that anyone is recognizing it as one.

There's not a lot of focus on error cards lately. I don't see ERR or UER behind card listings like there used to be.
