Broncos acquire C Gino Gradkowski from Ravens

Broncos acquired C Gino Gradkowski and a 2016 fifth-round pick from the Ravens in exchange for a 2016 fourth-round pick.
Gradkowski, the 98th pick in the 2012 draft, started all 16 games for the Ravens in 2013 but was PFF's worst center. He played just 10 snaps last season after losing his job to Jeremy Zuttah. Ex-Ravens OC Gary Kubiak -- now Denver's head coach -- must have liked what he saw from Gradkowski in practice. He's the leader in the clubhouse to take over as the Broncos' starting center.

Looks like a relatively low risk for the Broncos especially if Kubiak knows him and likes him.
