He wasn't charged with anything, the players union would of appealed his suspension like no other (they'll still appeal this)

It doesnt matter if he was or wasnt charged...Something happened and he payed the girl so she wouldnt press charges anyway.

Too many variables in the whole ordeal.....

The janitor went into the bathroom and cleaned up (with chlorine bleach), the video tapes were taped over.

And....the accuser was only 20 and had been drinking...so who was serving her at the bar? Don't you have to be 21 to be in a bar drinking alcohol? (NO!..I am not making excuses for Ben).

I think Big Ben is acting more like Little Ben and needs to grow up. Keep away from situations like this.

Not sure a suspension is going to do any good. The guy needs help.
