He wants out obviously. He'll lose the weight if another team wants him

You only worry about the money Dan, not all players care about the money as much as you.

Maybe he wants to get playing time in a better organization. he's got enough money from the past couple of seasons.

Russell doesn't care. He refused to take a paycut, which is one of the reasons he's getting cut.

I honestly don't think the motivation is there for him to get better. He's already got money in the bank. And I don't care what the reason is, coming into camp looking like an overweight D-Tackle is just bad, and very telling about him.
