There are some really good stories about him on the Bengals website as well.

We are giving lots of guys a second (or third, 4th) chance. Cedric Benson worked amazing for us - we got Matt Jones and Tank Johnson who were in similar predicaments. It didn't work for us 5 years ago, now it does for some reason. Guys come to Cincinnati now ready to work - instead of just cashing a check and going out at night. The Bengals have always talked 'Super Bowl' almost like hyperbole or rhetoric that every team spits out. For some reason ... I actually believe they have the talent to do it this season. If Jones can work hard and play - he will be a big part of our success this season.
