Really old clock?

long story short, my Dad found an old clock that he bought in the early 70's, and he claims that it was old then.

It's Torchseries Clock no. 1 made by the W.B.B & CO

I can't find a date anywhere

It appears to be very ornate and hand crafted

Any help on identifying a date/value is greatly appreciated
