Might have been mentioned but I want to congratulate the Pitt Panthers for having the most criminals on their college football team this year.( you would thunk they would be better with that many)

Kudos to Penn State for being #4


and boo to Miami for being #10 with almost 3 times less the amount of criminals the Panthers have
