house update
ok,i left you guys off at me making an offer on a house,it was a doublewide on .25 listed at $135 my realtor added everything up and it was only worth $115 so thats what i offered well they didnt accept so i had to move into a duplex which sucks bad,my morgage guy calls me saying the wont loan on manufactured anymore then the people call me and say they will accept my offer and i say tuff luck,so i made and offer on monday on a 2 bed 1100 sf house on .2 with huge garage/shop on monday at $135 and just got the call they accepted it,so hurdle #1 is over onto inspection and what not,pretty exited,gary
