Thanks to an assist from Darryl Strawberry, the actor/collector just completed a private signing of memorabilia, including baseballs and sports movie-related memorabilia from his appearances in Major League and Eight Men Out.
Sheen forged a deal with SportsMemorabilia.com to sign* never-before-offered* film prop replica jerseys, and baseballs.* He also signed photos from some of his other* performances in landmark films such as Wall Street and Platoon and his recent sitcom Two And A Half Men.
The signing took place April 10 in New York City and was witnessed by the PSA/ DNA which will track them in its online database.
For the first time, Sheen signed "Wild Thing #99" jerseys from the movie Major League.* He's added the #99 from his Rick Vaughn character to many of the items and also inscribed some with his now famous "Winning" expression.
Prices range from $180 to $225 per item.
Sheen broke the news to his fans about his first ever autograph signing via Twitter, where he has over 1,000,000 followers.* In the tweet, he credited Mets outfielder Daryl Strawberry with arranging the session.
