Good Morning. How many days do you allow an ebay seller to ship once the auction is paid for before leaving negative feedback regardless if you receive the item or not?

BUT I give them 1 star on shipping and communication etc

the LOW ratings KILLS them as a seller WAY more than the negative feedback

I only leave a negative if i dont receive the item

I just got a shipping notification on an item I bought 2 weeks ago. I'm a bit peeved.

ebay has a fathers day deal of $99.. and I had a 10% off coupon on electronics....
