I went to the Astros game yesterday... they blew it... AGAIN

BUT I was on TV when the Astros pitcher Happ hit his 1st career home run.. landed right by me and my wife and daughter

Very cool dude..I've been on ESPN, well the back of me has been lol..went to a Royals/Tigers game last season and a home run went a couple rows over where I was, saw myself on ESPN..although just the back of me..

Its a super nice day in Michigan today, defintly taking the Jetski/Pontoon boat out today!

watched the first game yesterday afternoon....I told the wife....watch Valverde challenge Big Poppa....NOT a good thing to do!

NASCAR last night, so missed the Verlander win.

Its the corpse of Fernando Rodney, Randy. I'm telling ya its the truth.

Remember Fernando? His only year he was the close for the entire season was 09. Went 37/38 on saves with an ERA of like 4.5 which is high. But we all remember, the guy was automatic in save situations, but if it wasnt, he just made the lead even bigger, most bizarre thing ever really

I think the Tigers need to rethink their thoughts on bringing a guy in for the 8th, letting him get 3 straight outs.....then bringing in a closer. If the guy pitches that well in the 8th, then let him go one more.

....and I feel sorry for the fans today...gonna be a very hot day to sit and watch the game.. win or lose!

If you use the setup guy for 2 innings though, they arent available the next day..

We pay Benoit for the 8th inning and Valverde for the 9th, so when they are needed i'm cool with it. Just glad Benoit fixed his mechanical issues, to much money into him to not get him right.

Lets just hope for a sweep buddy, Twins are playing awful, nothing would make me happier than to bury them farther
