I get what your saying wheeler, and I agree you need days off, but Leyland gives these guys way to many days off sometimes and he does them at the worst moments, when you need a win, you have to put your best lineup out on the field. Just my opinion

wish I had the answer. It is common place in baseball at around the 1/2 way mark to give guys days off. Nothing new regardles of age. They are called on in later innings for pinch hits or defense and it is up to them to be ready and come through

Tex was called in for the last 2 innings on defense today

I just dont think when you lose the DH as it is, that you should sit a few of your best hitters at the same time, just doesnt make sense to me and since Leyland refuses to address questions about the lineup, we all just wonder why he does what he does.

I was shocked to hear FOX Sports mention that they are not allowed to question the lineup.

Fox Sports Commentators said it is well known that none of the reporters are allowed to question the lineup.
