3rd Party Authentication ???

Have any of you used PSA, JSA or Global ? I am wondering about which one to use for some old autographs/cards i have gathered over the past 30yrs. Any info or experiences would help. Thanks!

I dont personally like to grade cards, but those 3 companies above and BGS are really the only ones I see being used regularly.
