New Spiderman Movie Trailer

I am still not happy that Sony is rebooting this movie franchise. It worked well for X-Men First Class, but I dont see this movie having the same impact. Either way here is the new trailer that was released today.

Saw the 3D trailer before Star Wars and it looks great...

Glad to see the lizard in there..

All they were saying on why they were rebooting it was because they were going to make it darker. For me I don't see how that is the case. It looks even more campy then the previous run of the Spider-man only difference is they recasted Spidey, got rid of Mary Jane and recasted the other main cast around Spiderman. I'm really not excited for the reboot. Instead of Lizard, which not many people like as a villain, they should have made it darker and went with a better Venom storyline, because in the end he's the villain that probably would draw in the most people.

I agree with sportscardrage . Would have like to seen a darker one with Venom . Ill just wait for this one to be at redbox this fall. Not going to movies for it.

Thing is Spider-Man isn't really a dark character...

Personally I'm glad they didn't go back to Venom already...I have no prob with the Lizard..Kraven would have been a good choice too and his last hunt storyline was probably one of the darker one..Electro or Mysterio are out there too...Spidey has such a well of villians to go to...

I actually would have liked the last hunt storyline too, that would have been great. It would have been a touch storyline to put into a two hour movie though.
