You can't be surprised. Thats was reported the other day but after the season it was apparent he was not gonna be back. As they should not sign him. There is no room for him. That's why the steelers consistently are good. They make the tough calls. Not like we are talking about hines of 10years ago. He got his 1000 reception and passed the 12k yrd mark this and should retire
However like most vest they go somewhere else.
