I understand the business aspect. Its just one of those things that when someone retires/budget cuts that gives their all, that is why its hard to understand. Especially when you have prima donnas that earn the same amount and don't put out the solid effort day in and day out.

they saved 4 million. There are teams that give lifetime achievement contracts in the NFL and normally are the ones that struggle. He is lucky he stayed as long as he did. Steelers as an organization normally let you play through 2 contracts. The one you signed and the one extension.
