What are your favorite Family Guy episodes?

There are a bunch of scenes, one liners, and flashbacks that are hilarious. My favorite episodes are probably the Star Wars parody episodes. I havent seen the Empire Strike Back parody yet. And they are going to do a Return of the Jedi parody too in the near future.
