8 thru 12 did not have any wins this year:

....and in the "what a shame" category:

14. McMurray (with 2 wins this year..and missed the cut!)

I really liked McMurray this year! Oh well, Ganassi as a WHOLE, with their NASCAR, IndyCar & Grand-Am were fantastic this year!

I know I've said this before and always seem to get shot down with the comments....but let's revamp the points!

McMurray has two wins.....and doesn't make the Chase....wins HAVE to be made worth more!

Why win, if you can POINT RACE?

What about the year that Kenseth won......he had one win....and Newman, who finished sixth, had eight (8!) wins.....

Bowyer won the Nationwide in 2008 with one win too!

Shouldnt you also reward the drivers for consistently finishing well? Why reward Jaime for 2 wins but not beign consistent when you had several drivers who didnt win but were constantly having good races?

Yeah, just go back to the old points system. It may bring back the fans that left the sport when they started the lame 'Chase'.
