Once Matt Hardy returned to North Carolina, he was arrested again due to his removal from his rehab facility. The court order from his September arrest was that Hardy was only to be released to go to a court mandated rehab, which WWE offered to pay for. If he failed to complete the rehab, he would be taken back into custody.

Hardy's removal from rehab caused him to be charged with violating a court order, which is a new charge and arrest to be added to his previous arrests this summer and fall.

All hope is lost with him. I dont see how this is happening to Matt while Jeff is back to normal. I would have thought it would have been the other way around. Either way, I hope he ends up ok. At least Jeff is back in TNA.
