This is the third time ECW was given a role in WWF. The first time was a small angle way back in 1997 when ECW was first going to air on PPV. The second time was in 2001 during the Invasion angle. The third was in 2005 when they held ECW One Night Stand PPV which was one of the best PPVs of the year. Here is the promo (top 2 videos) by Eric Bischoff that started it all. Below that is another video from the Raw before the PPV. Almost all of the main ECW wrestlers was present in this angle except Raven & Shane Douglas who were in TNA in 2005. This was probably one of the last great angles WWF has had in the last 6 years.
