Back in 1988, TOPPS released a very unique product, called the Pee Wee's Playhouse Fun Pack. In each pack, you got: 1 Tattoo Sheet, 3 Picture Cards, 1 Sticker, 1 Wiggle Toy and 1 Activity Card.

This was a very interesting product which could be a real challenge to complete the set. Personally, I think such a format could possibly do well in today’s market, offering something fresh.
