How do they make a tiebreaker with Gordon/Newman if they have the same amount of points and both have 1 win?

It then goes by most 2nd place finishes, 3rd place finishes, etc. And Gordon has more 5th place finishes than Newman (they have same 2nd/3rd/4th place finishes).
