A couple of you know that my kids are big into cup stacking and we are currently in Houston competing in the olympics. It is very cool here. There are 15,000 young people competing. My kids are competing in the cup stacking where there are about 400 athletes from the US, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, and even Australia.
My 11 year old:
Gold medal in doubles
Bronze medal in 3-6-3 (new South Carolina record)
4th place 3-3-3 (new SC record)
4th place in cycle (new SC record)
Bronze in Relay
My 8 year old:
Bronze 3-3-3 (new SC record)
Bronze 3-6-3 (new SC record)
Bronze cycle
Bronze in Relay
My 5 year old:
Gold medal in 3-3-3 (new SC record)
Bronze medal in 3-6-3
6th place cycle
Bronze and 4th in Relays
I am very proud of how my kids did. Before they went, the Rachel Ray show had contacted us and wanted us to contact them after the Olympics. Hopefully, this was good enough to get my kids on the show. Time will tell!
