Maybe Pacman should man up and just say he didnt take steroids and fight Mayweather.... but no he whines about it and takes it to court.

No, thats the whole reason why it didnt go down, Pac doesn't want to draw blood with needles. He's scared of needles...

I'm no expert on blood testing or performance enhancers, but even if Pacquiao is clean of any illegal substance, it'll show what he is taking. Mayweather could be looking for an edge so he has a better chance of winning. There may be certain legal drugs that give you a strong boost in the beginning, but crash after a certain time. So you plan your strategy around that.

Has Mayweather asked blood testing for any other fights? If not, then Mayweather really believes this guy can give him a close fight. He thinks he could lose. Why tarnish his reputation and risk it. If they don't fight, there will be always that debate who is better. So Mayweather will only fight if he thinks he can win for sure.

It could be a stall tactic to see Pacquiao in another fight and see if they can find his weaknesses and tendancies. Although this fight didn't really show anything.
