WWE has come to terms on the release of NXT first season rookie Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson) as of today June 11, 2010. We wish Daniel Bryan the best in all future endeavors.

Clearly its kayfabe, because A) its most likely to bring back his name of Bryan Danielson, and B) he never actually had a contract, he was an NXT rookie trying to get one (kayfabe wise)) -
After having one of the best storylines in the last 10 years with the NXT Invasion, WWE drops the ball with this news. I dont know if this is legit or not. It could be part of the storyline. I guess we will find out on Monday. If they mention Daniel Bryan's name or show any footage of him, he is still with the company. If they just completely disregard him, he is gone. -
