I'm probably going to start buying boxes to resell soon. I'd prefer to get them directly from Topps as opposed to the LCS. Does anyone know what's required?

From personal experience, TOPPS, Upper Deck, etc., will require a business license and will report to the IRS what you purchase, so be prepared to file taxes/pay state sales tax on what you sell. Upper Deck use to require pictures and other proof that you have a brick and mortar shop. I don't know what TOPPS minimum order is now, but someone like Brent Williams(brentandbecca) might be able to tell you. Personally, I would rather order from Blowout or Dave and Adams. Their markup isn't that much and buying by the case would bring down the cost.
