  • Pistons possibly relocating

To get rid of my Charlie Villanueva PC, as some know i collected him once the Pistons sign him, but its 99.9% that the team is relocating due to an owner who doesn't know anything about Basketball.

Are you going back to collecting Al Jefferson? Who is your next player you are going to collect?

The team will be valuable regardless of where they're located......

When an owner wants a new arena and they city won't give them one, the franchise is gonna bolt for a city that will.

Besides, a new arena in a new city just makes the franchise more valuable. Common sense.

yes.. but where to go? That is the question. The Detroit Metro area is very populus and they have a decent TV contract. Which cites are better than where they are at? There have been several cases of "we moved but we arent making money". The bobcats are bleeding money, and several other franchises are showing losses... the most viable option is probably Seattle, but who is to say they are ready to build a nice arena?

thats been in the works since I worked in detroit... waaaaaaaay back in 2000... they brought the Lions downton, built the new Tiger stadium and brought in the casinos... of course they want the DETROIT Pistons to play in Detroit rather than Auburn Hills. Revitalizing the downtown area has been a huge undertaking that has taken a little over a decade thus far... now if they would do something with the old Cadillac hotel and let American Hot Dog and Johnnies Ham King move into bigger digs

When Karen Davidson the owner refuses to build the team a new stadium, they're gonna move. Forget the fact even with the worse record possibly the last 11 years, Pistons are still top 10 in attendance, but with Illtch getting the Palace and moving the Red Wings there most likely, the team is bound to be gone

Pittsburgh. They're the only city in the USA that has the brand new arena that the Pistons owner wants.
