Ask some ppl so far that paypal's have been locked because of group breaks. This is simply now a service that you are paying for, this now protects your paypal from being locked.

and just an FYI.. peoples accounts are NOT blocked for doing group breaks... they are blocked for taking PAYMENT OWED or GIFT Payments for the Group Breaks (like I used to).. thus avoiding paypal fees etc.. THAT is why they block your account
This is why the last HOF Break was $2 more.. just so I could cover fees ...
