It started after they came off strike in 94, and blossomed in the late 90's and early 00's..


You know how many more people watched baseball because of Sosa, Mcgwire, Bonds, etc. etc. etc.

If those guys are only hitting 30, and there is no homerun race, people don't care about it as much, and less people watch...

there is not studies or information to back this theory just mouths moving. I respect your opinion and disagree.
