good god man... I am so sore... shoulder is killing me... my knee looks like some freaking zombie/walking dead thing.. and my forehead/face is so scrathced up and bruised I didnt even want to go to work today...

Been sitting at my desk most of the day just taking pain meds and hoping the day goes by faster...
