I would cancel...
If he has not confirmed by now, I would cancel the trade, and we can start from there. Not sure if CLG has contacted anyone here yet. I have had a trade waiting for a while with him, and he has recently been contacting me. But, he is restricted, so I am going to assume he is out for now.
