Are you really gonna tell me in 2011 Bartolo Colon is as good as Phil Coke?

Bet you, you are wrong..Phil Coke could end up being as awful as can be..ERA of 5, and he'd still be in the rotation after the break. Unless Tigers want to go with 5 right handed pitchers which Leyland has said he doesn't want to happen.

Don't compare Coke to Colon because you sound silly, in the last few years in the majors as a starter has been mediocre..Coke is getting his chance to be a starter in the majors, a role he had in the Yankees farm system, and looking at the stats, was pretty solid..

What about Coke's doesn't make him look promising?

Thats not happening this year though...if the Tigers don't call up Jacob Turner this year, next year the Tigers will most likely have a rotation of

1. Justin Verlander
2. Max Scherzer
3. Rick Porcello
4. Jacob Turner
5. Phil Coke

To be fair, that 2012 rotation can still be beastly..

Just heard Al Alburquerque went on the DL today, thats a huge blow, as the Tigers once again have no 7th inning guy.

And why did Alburqerque go on the DL probably? Couldnt have anything to do with throwing over 40 pitches despite showing the inning before the command wasnt there..great managing
